MEET THE BOEHMER TEAM

Kelly is a licensed Realtor and partners with Linda as team leaders for The Boehmer Team, who have been recognized for ten consecutive years for being ranked in the top ½ of 1% of BHHS nationwide. She is a life-long resident of St. Charles. Kelly has over 25 years of combined real estate experience, specializing in new construction as well as being a top-producer in the brokerage industry.  She spent over 10 years in new home sales for premier local homebuilders assisting buyers in building the perfect home for their current and future needs. This experience helped her in recognizing quality features and values that are important to today’s buyers and sellers. Kelly is involved in the St. Louis Home Builders Association, has served on the Board of Directors, currently is a long-standing committee member and is recognized as a Certified Marketing Professional and Master Certified New Home Sales Person with the National Association of Homebuilders. In addition, Kelly is New Construction Certified through Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties (CNHS).  Designations earned through The National Association of Realtors (NAR) include Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS) and Residential Construction Certified (RCC). Linda is a licensed Realtor and recognized as a Broker/Salesperson by the State of Missouri. Linda has over 30 years of experience in home sales, selling both new construction and pre-owned homes in the brokerage industry.  In new construction, Linda served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a top producing local home builder. During her years in the real estate and new homes industry, she has learned that unparalleled personal service and dedication to her clients has been the foundation of her business and her success. This continued commitment, combined with the state-of-the-art technology and superior marketing tools exclusive to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties, allows her clients the finest real estate experience when buying and selling a home. Stephanie is a licensed Realtor and is an accredited Buyer Specialist for The Boehmer Team. Her reputation for excellent customer care and vast industry knowledge have endeared her to many of The Boehmer Team’s home buying clients. Stephanie has earned her ABR designation (Accredited Buyers Representative) and excels in finding her clients a home they love. Stephanie is a St. Louis area native who lives in St. Charles with her family. She loves living in historic St. Charles and is extremely knowledgeable of all the attractions and amenities St. Charles has to offer. Stephanie has extensive experience throughout St. Charles County and receives outstanding reviews from her clients. When not serving her real estate clients, she enjoys anything outdoors, especially boating and watching football.

Kristin is a licensed Realtor and an accredited Buyer Specialist for The Boehmer Team. She has over 20 years of real estate experience. Kristin has earned her ABR designation (Accredited Buyers Representative) and excels at providing her clients with superior real estate experience. She has been the proud recipient of the 5 Star Service Award thirteen times for excellence in customer service. Her past experience helping new construction home buyers has earned her awards from the Home Builders Association of St. Louis and Eastern Missouri. She currently resides in St. Charles County. She has 3 grown children: Connor, Anna, and Michael. Kristin is a full-time, full-service, real estate professional. When not serving real estate clients, you can find Kristin reading, hiking, traveling, at yoga, playing pickleball, or at Bible study.

Deanna is a licensed Realtor and an accredited Buyer Specialist for The Boehmer Team. Deanna has spent 25 years in sales and customer care. Customer service is of the utmost importance to her and the team. Deanna is a member of the National Association of Realtors and The St. Charles Association of Realtors. Deanna has earned her ABR designation (Accredited Buyers Representative) and her At Home with Diversity designation from the National Association of Realtors. She has trusted her license with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties for the last seven years. Deanna is a dedicated contributor to the Sunshine Kids organization for kids with cancer and MS Society. She currently resides in Lake St. Louis with her husband and two children. When she is not serving real estate clients, you can find Deanna with her family, traveling, or spending time outside!

Pat is a licensed Realtor and Transaction Coordinator for The Boehmer Team. Pat was the “Rookie of the Year” for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties in 2009. In 2010 she finished in the top 20 in Listings, Sales, and Closed Business for her company. In 2011 she finished 2nd in Individual Sales and Closed Business for her office. Pat has been recognized multiple times as a recipient the of the Five Star Professional Exceptional Service Award from St. Louis Magazine. Pat is very active with Sunshine Kids, a charity that assists children with cancer. In addition, Pat is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Missouri Association of Realtors, and the St. Charles Association of Realtors. Pat is also Marketing Assistance Certified with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and Relocation Services. Pat currently resides in Lake St. Louis with her husband and son. When not doing real estate, she attends her son’s college baseball games and likes to garden.

Jill is a licensed Realtor and serves as the New Construction Contract Coordinator for The Boehmer Team. She does an amazing job ensuring our new construction clients are taken great care of. Jill is a lifelong resident of Wentzville and currently resides there with her husband and daughter. Her background includes title company experience and construction-based services, making her a key member of The Boehmer Team. In her free time, she likes playing sand volleyball, doing Pilates, reading, and spending time with her family.

Jen is an Administrative and Marketing Assistant committed to the success of The Boehmer Team. Jen’s impeccable organizational skills enrich the experience provided by The Boehmer Team. She brings 28 years of experience in customer service to The Boehmer Team. She attended the University of Missouri-St. Louis and is a lifelong resident of the metro area. She currently resides in Wentzville and has lived there for the past 18 years with her husband and three sons: Brennan, Ethan, and Gavin. When she is not working, she is busy going to baseball games, practices, and family activities.
